Partnership and Communication at Wyburns Primary School

At Wyburns, we aim to work in partnership with all our families to make each day the best it can be.

Primary Communication Channels:

  • Partnership Books: Please use these to pass messages directly to class teachers. This allows them to respond promptly.

  • Newsletters, Letters, and Website Updates: Important information is shared regularly via our newsletters, letters added to the website, and published diary dates. Please check these sources to stay up to date.

Staff Availability:
All staff are very busy preparing before school and managing lessons, clubs, boosters, and breaks throughout the day. As a small school, every member of staff wears many hats, so it is not always possible to take calls or respond to emails immediately, but please be assured, we will be in touch in a timely fashion.

Steps for Communication:

  1. Partnership Book – for routine messages and queries.

  2. Meeting with the Class Teacher – if further discussion is needed, arrange via the Partnership Book or the school office.

  3. Urgent Matters – please contact the school office directly.
