Wyburns Primary School – Site Access, Drop-Off & Collection Procedures

Wyburns Primary School shares the site with Toad Hall Nursery, an independent pre-school provider.

Teaching Hours:

• In line with government guidance, our school provides 32.5 hours of teaching per week.

• The teaching day begins at 8.45am.

• Morning drop-off: Gates open 8.35am to 8.45am. Pupils are dropped at the green gates and walk to class independently.

• Collection time: Remains at 3.15pm. Gates open 3.10pm to 3.25pm. Parents enter via the gates and collect children from outside the classroom doors.

• Late drop-off or collection is managed via the school office.

Site Access & Safety:

• At peak pedestrian times (start and end of the school day), the barrier is closed whenever possible. During these times, vehicle access to the site is not permitted, without prior arrangement.

• Wyburns Primary School takes no responsibility for children in the shared car park while under your care. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.
