Inclusion
Our Inclusion and Pastoral Leads
At Wyburns Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that every child feels supported, valued, and able to achieve their full potential.
Our Inclusion Lead, Mrs Hasson, works closely with outside agencies to provide specialist guidance, oversee assessments, and support the planning of targeted interventions. She also creates personalised learning plans tailored to each child’s needs, helping every pupil to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally. Mrs Hasson ensures that children with additional needs receive the resources and support required to thrive within the classroom and beyond.
Our Pastoral Lead, Mrs Clark, plays a key role in promoting pupils’ well-being and ensuring a happy, safe, and inclusive school environment. She liaises with families, supports children experiencing personal or social challenges, and coordinates TAF (Team Around the Family) meetings to ensure consistent support at home and at school. Mrs Clark helps nurture positive relationships, emotional resilience, and confidence in every child.
If you have concerns about your child’s learning, development, or well-being:
-
Please speak with your child’s class teacher first.
-
If further support is needed, you are welcome to request a meeting with Mrs Hasson via the school office.
-
Mrs Hasson is also happy to arrange a phone call or meeting wherever possible.

We are here to work in partnership with families to ensure that every child receives the support they need to succeed, feel included, and enjoy their time at school.
