Home Learning - 13.9.24

Here are your home learning tasks for this week:

1. Read everyday, this will help you to become more fluent and to understand what you read.

2. In Phonics this week we have been working on the ea, oy and ue sounds. Can you find as many things around your house with these sounds in e.g. ue sound -  I can see the colour blue on my curtains.

3. Your spellings for this week after attached. These will be checked next Friday 20th September in our spelling quiz. Please learn all 10 and if you would like an extra task then these can be written into sentences.

4. We have revisited your 2 times tables this week.  Your task is to see how quickly can you recall them e.g 1 x 2 = 2, 4 x 2  = 8. You could also count in 2's up to 24 and time yourself. Let me know how quickly you can do this. Remember you can do this on a walk, in the car, at the park not just at home. You could even teach your grown up everything we have learnt this week.

Please either bring the tasks in or make a note of them in your Partnership book to show me.
