Since we have been back, we have worked hard on place value. First working practically using manipulatives, and then going into our maths books. This gave us a solid foundation before we began working on our current unit - addition and subtraction!

We have also been working hard in English too! We have been working hard on our sentence structure. This began with making silly sentences, ensuring they all had a subject, a verb and a prepositional phrase.

We also completed a unit on Hansel and Gretel. We made sure to know the story inside and out - here's a little performance!
