Welcome to Pine Class (Year 1)
Welcome to Pine Class!
We are so excited to welcome you to Pine Class and join you on your Year 1 adventure! We have lots of fun and exciting learning experiences ahead of us, and we can’t wait to see you grow, learn and shine.
PE Days: Our PE days are Monday and Wednesday each week. Please make sure you come to school ready for lots of fun and activity!
Home Learning: To help you become confident, independent learners, we encourage you to:
•Read as much as possible at home — sharing stories and enjoying books together is a wonderful way to learn.
•Practise your spellings regularly to help you feel ready for our weekly spelling quiz. Every little bit of practise makes a difference!
Best wishes,
Mrs Poynton & Mrs Payne
