Class 2 have been enjoying continuing to learn about Rayleigh's history. They have focussed on
The Windmill, The Dutch Cottage, The Mount and The Holy Trinity Church. We also spoke about other significant landmarks and places in Rayleigh. This has linked in with our English, Maths, Art and DT as the children have watched short clips about them, written facts about these places, explored 3D net shapes, drawn the landmarks and even chosen one to make out of junk using 3D shapes. We can't wait to share these with you very soon, watch this space for the photos. Also in Maths we have been adding and subtracting 2 digit numbers using tens and ones. Take a look at the photos from this week.
