Lots of great learning this week Class 2!
This is what we have been up to:
Maths - we have been working on multiplying by finding groups of amounts, numbers and objects and looking at how this is shown as an array ( a picture of the numbers). We then moved onto sharing objects into groups to divide. Lots of resilience was shown with these tasks because they were new and tricky!
English - we are creating an amazing 'Double page spread' about Victorians. Here we are able to share all the things we have learnt about the Victorian Era. Your work is amazing, well done!
Science - we carried out an investigation linked to PE and this was very much enjoyed. You were able to predict, carry out the investigation and conclude your findings.
Computing- we have been working on commands and how what you input ,effects what the device can do. We used the Beebots to move in different directions and we saw where they arrived. We then reprogrammed then to avoid any mistakes and understood how this happened.
Finally this week is Mental Health week and each day we have been discussing feelings, what they look like and how you can feel them. We have drawn feelings, made posters and looked at others feelings too. Some wonderful ideas were shared by all!
What a busy week we've had!
