Wk3 - 18.11.24
Class 2 have been working super hard this week in all areas.
This is what we have been up to:
Maths - we have been focussing on 2D and 3D. We have named them, found out about their properties and explored problems relating to them.
English - we have continued our focus on The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch. This week we retold the story, wrote a diary as though we were Mr Grinling, wrote a set of instructions and used adjectives effectively.
Geography/DT - we have been finding out where food comes from around the world and in the UK. We used atlases and globes to locate the countries and we discussed where food grew and why. Some very interesting facts!
We have also been working hard to learn our dance for the festival in January and our Christmas songs for our performance in December! Great job everyone!
