Hi Acorns, 

This week, we have been looking at different types of vegetables. Have a look out for lots of different types of vegetables that you can find. What are they called? What do they taste like? What do they smell like? Do they change colour when growing? 

Practise your reading by reading the books provided in your bags. Please can these be returned by the next Wednesday. You can continue to use Bug Club at any time.

This week in phonics we have been: 

Embedding our phase 3 sounds and writing them in sentences. E.g He has a jug.  

Tricky words: 

he, she, we, me, be, was, you, they, all, are, my, her

In maths, we have been looking at doubling. See if you can find doubles around your house.
