Every child has brilliance inside them. Our job is to dig it out and give it to the world!

Week 1 - 9.6.25

HOME LEARNING - 13.6.25

Here are your home learning tasks for this week:

1. Read everyday, this will help you to become more fluent and to understand what you read.

2. Your spellings for this week are attached. These will be checked after half term on Friday 20th June in our spelling quiz.
Please learn all 10 and if you would like an extra task then these can be written into sentences.

3. Your home learning this week is to complete the x6 tables sheet. We have been working hard on this in class everyday.

Complete as much as you can and you could even time yourself if you fancy a challenge. Please record on paper or in a notebook and bring into class.

Have a great weekend!
Mrs Clark

What an extremely busy but super fun first week back we have had!
This is what we have been up to this week:

Maths - we have been working on collecting data for tally charts, tables, bar charts and pictograms. The children made their own bar graphs using cubes, take a look at the photos below.

English - we have enjoyed our new story of The day the crayons quit. We have discussed how the crayons feel, designed our choice of crayon and wrote questions for crayons.

Walk to School week, the children learned to cross the road by our school entrance and explored our outdoor area. Take a look at the photos of us in action below.

Our token reward trip to Dobson’s House was a great success. The children enjoyed giving the residents their cards and reading them stories. Take a look at our fab photos of all of the fun we had below.

Thanks for being so resilient and amazing super stars this week!
