Wyburns Got Talent Auditions

Very exciting news that auditions will take place next week on Wednesday.

If you would like to share your talent, have a practice at home, then you can audition in class on Wednesday. We love a variety of talent so if you can sing, dance, tell jokes, perform magic or share any skill you have with us, we can’t wait to see you audition next week. 

Home Learning 21st March 2025

Here are your home learning tasks for this week:
1. Read everyday, this will help you to become more fluent and to understand what you read.

2. Your spellings for this week are attached. These will be checked on Friday 28th March in our spelling quiz. Please learn all 10 and if you would like an extra task then these can be written into sentences.

3. Your home learning this week is to begin to learn your x6 times tables. We have begun this in class too. Have a go at the worksheet and if you fancy sing along to the x6 tables song - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLln96C-BxY

Class 2 have been busy working on their reading and comprehension skills this week in English, learning about fractions in Maths, where we have begun to look at equal parts and finding half.  We have also enjoyed our computing lessons where we have explored taking images on the IPads, in PE we have worked on dribbling and team games, in PSHE we have been discussing how to be kind, how to act and react in certain situations and how this can make people feel, we also begun our topic of DT looking at mechanisms, how they are used and where we can find them. Lots of fab work this week Class 2, well done everyone!
