Hi Acorns, 

 This week, we would love you to have a look for all the different types of transport you see. Can you research what it looked like in the past? Which one would be the best to get to London? Which one would be the best to get to China? 

Practise your reading by reading the books provided in your bags. Please can these be returned by the next Wednesday. You can continue to use Bug Club at any time.

This week in phonics we have been practising the phonemes: 

j, v, w, x, y, z, zz, qu, ch, sh, th, ng, ai, ee, igh, oa, oo (boot)

In Maths this week we have been investigating capacity. How many cups does it take to fill a bucket/ a box/ a jug? Which container holds the most? Which container holds the least?
