WOW! Another super busy week Class 4!
What amazing stories you have written in our English lessons this week. You have blown us away with your creative and imaginative ideas as well super vocabulary, fronted adverbials, expanded noun phrases and even inverted commas when using direct speech. We have really enjoyed reading your fantastic stories and look forward to sharing these with other classes.
In Maths, we have continued to work on those place value skills and began learning about Roman Numerals. You have amazed us with your knowledge and we look forward to seeing how you get on with the 'Roman Numeral Challenge' home learning this week.
We have also been explorers in the afternoons where we have learnt about countries that make up The United Kingdom, rivers and seas surrounding the UK, counties of England and finding out lots about the county of Essex. We discovered some great landmarks!
