Welcome to the Spring Term

Class 2 have had a very busy week learning about division in mathematics, verbs and adjectives in English, introducing our new topic of Queen Victoria and Albert, creating a fact file, understanding recycling at our school and much more.

On Tuesday KS1 enjoyed a talk from our Site manager about how we recycle at Wyburns.

The children created questions prior to the visit and they then interviewed him on his knowledge. We found out many interesting facts including what we recycle, how often this happens, how we help to recycle in school and much more. Each class then toured the school grounds to investigate recycling and discover how each class and the office help with this.  Below are some photos which showcase our exploration of the school. We discovered that as a school we are very good at recycling and we all help to make this happen.
