Week 2 - 4.3.24
A fantastic week Class 2 which has included sharing your skills with your parents/carers on Wednesday morning. Thank you to everyone who could join us.
As part of book week we read with Class 5 on Tuesday, this was great fun!
We have been busy working on our counting, times tables and measuring skills this week.
In writing, across many subjects, you have remembered to use capital letters, full stops and conjunctions, fantastic! Here is what we have focussed on:
Maths - fractions including finding 1/2 and 1/4 of amounts, shapes which include pictures.
English - we wrote a Spring poem then looked at a new book for book week. We described the story (as it had no words) then created our own camera based on the story.
Music - learning our songs for the music festival plus accompanying with instruments.
PE indoor - developing our gymnastic skills including balancing, high/low levels, travelling, rolling & more.
PE outdoor -we enjoyed a group game of passing the ball, moving into spaces and throwing accurately.
Excellent team skills! Well done!
