What a fabulous week! The children have been learning Mandarin - which they have absolutely loved - with great success. I know they have been sharing with you guys at home too :)

Our fabulous football team played brilliantly on Tuesday too. Well done to all involved and a special mention to Bobby for being awarded 'Man of the Match'.

In maths this week, we have been solving one step and two step equations. The children are now fabulous and writing the appropriate equation and using the inverse.  In History, we travelled back to 1940 and the Battle of Britain. Our discussions involved the significance of it and the British advantages vs the German weaknesses. We then re-enacted it in PE with tennis balls and different manoeuvers (depending on the plane they were flying). We are also preparing a dance around the events at that time.

A busy but extremely successful week had by all :)
