AN UNUSUAL WEEK FOR WYBURNS!
This week has been a surreal change for all across Britain, as all the schools closed at 3:15pm on Friday 20th of March due to the coronavirus outbreak through the country. As you may know, this virus is deadly to some, thus the government is doing all they can to protect everybody from it. Therefore the country has gone into lockdown until control over the virus has been obtained.
Currently, most children are being home-schooled by their parents, but they are still producing fabulous work that has blown our socks into Jupiter’s orbit.-We will never see them again! Beau’s creativity was let loose as she painted a beautiful, truly tremendous 5 star painting of a wonderful magnolia tree and Melanie’s amazingly descriptive end of a story blew our socks even further to Neptune. Maybe aliens will find them one day :). Meanwhile, at Wyburns, the children (of NHS workers etc) have been busy planting seeds in the school’s allotment and creating lovely pieces of art with Mrs Jude and Miss Hasson.
Starting on the 25th of March, all families worldwide will applaud and celebrate the life-saving workers every Thursday night that risk themselves for the safety and health of all people across the world.
Thank you for reading this weeks blog, hope you enjoyed! Our next one will be out next week 😊
