Week Beginning - 4.10.2021

Another wonderful week Class 4!

You have all  been very creative this week and have turned into spectacular artists! Our focus was sketching and drawing using only pencils. You have all had the opportunities to practise some new techniques and even tried some technical drawing. Those drawings have been wonderful and I didn’t realise how many budding artists we have in Class 4. You really have explored the skills well and released your inner creative flare this week!

We have worked very hard in maths practising column addition with exchanges, which can be tricky, but you all showed super resilience! We are very proud of you all!

In English we have been focusing on writing a newspaper report. We have been building up learning the key skills we need to be successful and practising these daily. We cannot wait to see your creativity transported into your written work next week when you publish your very own newspaper report.

We have had another super successful swimming lesson! I saw amazing techniques and brilliance happening in the pool this week with some children even removing armbands for the first time! WOW just WOW! We also surprised and amazed Mrs Beale and Miss Beale who are both delighted with your progression after just a few lessons!
