Some of you may be wondering what school life is like for us at the moment so I though I would share a little with you. Our priority is always (and will always remain to be) the children's well-being and safety. The children wash their hands a lot more than ever before and sanitise throughout the day (especially when touching equipment). This is the biggest change to our daily school life but has made the children much more aware of personal hygiene and the importance of keeping clean.
Although we can't sing at the moment, we still listen to songs and encourage the children to listen and sing at home. Other than that, life is the same. We paint, play, write and read in the same way (we are just more organised and respectful of others than ever before). Life in our little bubble is just as fun, noisy and creative as ever before and will continue to be that way.
Our partnership books are more important than ever before because they are our main means of communication now that we cannot stop and chat on the gate or at the door. Our open door policy remains but must be via the partnership book or an email in to homelearning@wyburns.org to ensure we keep everyone as safe as possible.
Thank you all for your continued support
