Every child has brilliance inside them. Our job is to dig it out and give it to the world!
This week in our mathematics lessons we have been learning about mass. We have looked at scales, measured using g and kg and compared weights.
For this week's home learning we would like you to do some practical weighing at home. If possible, please use non-digital scales so you can read the dial accurately.
You could bake or help make dinner one evening by weighing the ingredients accurately for your parents, have fun role playing shops where you have to weigh the fruit or vegetables to sell or maybe find some unusual things at home to weigh and record the measurements. Take some photos to send to us so we can see you having fun with your practical maths task.
There are also some links attached to help with reading scales and weighing. Have fun!
