Autumn 1 - Week 2

Another fab week!!

This week has certainly been wonderful! We have delved deeper into the story 'The Promise' and written some wonderful sentences (independently!!) about the story - all the adults were certainly blown away!!

We also did some more PSHE work. One of the lessons we particularly enjoyed was thinking about the differences between secrets and surprises. Then, we created a plan/invitation for a surprise party for someone special to us! Check out a couple below :)

We also enjoyed learning more about place value in maths and even played some fun games when representing numbers. We used multilink and ten frames to represent any given amount of objects within 10. This will help us later in the year when looking at greater numbers!
