Week 12 - 27.3.23
Thank you for a fabulous half term Year 2, you have all worked so hard!
This week we have been focussing on measuring in Maths where we measured, compared and solved words problems in cm and metres. In English we explored instructions, planned a set of them, then wrote about our sewed dolls. We used: adverbs, adjectives, time connectives and short sharp sentences to make the instructions clear and concise. Your instructions were brilliant! In Computing we have now finished our photography unit using the IPads, you have been amazing at taking photos, editing them, ensuring the light, size and orientation was accurate. The week ends with Wyburns Got Talent, well done to all of the acts performing!
Have a restful and relaxing Easter, we look forward to seeing you back in April!
