Your home learning is inspired by our amazing writing on our new theme The Lion King! Please see a picture attached. Your task is to continue to use your setting description vocabulary and use the picture for inspiration to write a short description of the picture. Remember your fantastic vocabulary and write about what you see! You can include other senses too! For an extra challenge, try and include personification (the trees were dancing in the wind) and onomatopoeia - sound words (crack)

There are 10 picked from our spellings from our in class learning this week for you to remember and refresh yourselves.  Then there are 10 spellings that have a pattern which are from our year 5 curriculum. These will be new to you and are the 10 that you need to learn ready for our spelling test next Friday.
