This week in Class 1, we made Gingerbread men for English, following instructions. We have been learning about verbs - verbs are action words. We first read the story of the gingerbread man, thinking about how to make a gingerbread man using instructions.
Making the gingerbread men were so fun we all had a great time.
In Maths we were looking at capacity - measuring out water into pots. We looked at which one had the most and the least. We finished off the week by making a magical potion for George from Georges Marvellous medicine - our class book. We used different coloured water to measure out and mix together.
