Multiplication Madness!
This week in maths, we have been trying really hard with our multiplying and dividing. On Monday, we went outside for our maths lesson. We used chalk and sticks to help us learn our 6,7,8 annd 9 times tables. We worked in groups to collect the sticks to show the range of calculations in those times tables. We also learnt about multiples which are numbers that is in a times table. Some numbers are multiples of lots of times tables like the number 30. We also learnt about the inverse and that when you multiply you can also find hidden, secret division calculation. Here are some photos of our amazing learning.
