This week, we have talked about worries and the importance of sharing them. We discussed how it’s important to share a worry. We can do this in many ways by speaking to an adult,
writing it in our worry box or writing a letter to an adult. We spoke about how when we share a worry it makes us feel better and if we do it immediately we don’t have to go home feeling anxious or upset. In addition, we discussed how we should let things go once we’ve dealt with them and not hold grudges. This was a really important chat and it is helping us understand how to regulate our emotions as we grow and change.
