Week beg - 26th April 2021

WOW Class 2! Another busy, yet brilliant week!

We have been super busy again this week using our maths knowledge to solve tricky word problems and writing some amazing setting descriptions for our Class book, 'The Book of Tunnel Adventures', for our whole school writing project. We are so proud of the quality of writing this week with some super sentences including expanded noun phrases and even some fronted adverbials. WOW!

We have also been labelling parts of plants and flowers, planting our sunflower seeds and finding out how to care for them. So far we have taken good care of our seeds by watering them every day and making sure they are in a warm, well lit position on the window sill. Keep an eye on our class page to see how our sunflower seeds are growing as we hope to add some photos soon.
