Week 6 - Stick Man
Hello Acorns,
Can you believe we have completed our first half term? Wow! You have all been amazing and this week we have had extra fun. In maths, we have been learning about comparing size, mass and capacity and so we have used the scales to weigh out the ingredients for our cupcakes. They smelt delicious! In English, we have written a postcard from Stick Man back to the family tree and have used our sounds to help us. As a school we had a fairy tale day this week and we looked at Jack and the Beanstalk. We went outside and made a giant beanstalk with wooden blocks and wrote words around it. We then planted some beans for us to grow.
