Adopting a Polar Bear
As part of our learning we looked at the different types of bear that are found around the world. The children decided they would like to help the polar bears, as they are having problems due to the sea ice melting. We looked at how we could adopt a polar bear and decided to hold a bake sale to raise the money we needed. The children made some amazing gingerbread men and sold them after school. We raised a brilliant £64 which we have donated to the WWF. Thank you to everyone that supported our event!
