The first half term has flown by and Class 2 have had yet another fun and adventurous week! You have enjoyed exploring the outdoor area, taking part in the World's Largest Lesson, making structures and new resources from reusable items including wood, sticks, leaves and acorns. Check out the fun and exciting photos below, many creative ideas, well done!
On Tuesday the children of Wyburns were treated to a story telling experience where they were retold fairy tales in new and exciting ways. The children were fantastic and super engaged.
On Wednesday they then had to put their story telling skills into action and create a fantastic version of Rumpelstiltskin in their own words. Wow, wow , wow, your stories were fantastic Class 2, we are so proud of you. In between all of this action the children have worked so hard to learn their sounds, develop their comprehension and number skills, you should be proud of your efforts.
Now time for a relaxing half term, remember to keep safe, especially as the clocks change and the nights draw in. Always remember that cars can't always see you so be sure to use the crossing safely and ride those bikes with lights on! We can't wait to see you back on Monday 2nd November.
In the meantime checkout Google Classroom for your home learning tasks and be sure to enjoy something for you.
Take Care,
Mrs Clark, Miss Fox and the Class 2 Team
