Week 8
Hello Acorns,
This has been a very busy week! We have had an enormous amount of exciting activities. Firstly, we were visited by a firefighter who taught us lots about what firefighters do and how they help us. Then, we learnt about Remembrance Day and created our own poppies. After, we celebrated Diwali by creating our own Diya lamps, Rangoli patterns and tasted some different foods. Finally, we celebrated Children in Need by dressing in spotty, stripy or yellow clothing and completing the Joe Wick's 'Five to Thrive' videos so that we could learn how to help our mental health.
It was a fabulous week and we learnt so much!
