Class 2 - Home Learning
Friday 17th January 2020
Class 2 have been working hard on their division and multiplication skills over the past few weeks. For your home learning this week, see how many division problems you can solve. Sheets have been handed out in class. Please ask if you need any help.
In our PSHE lesson we have been talking about our talents. If you have any photos of your talent please could you bring these in for our display by Wednesday 22nd January.

Welcome to the Spring Term
Class 2 have had a very busy week learning about division in mathematics, verbs and adjectives in English, introducing our new topic of Queen Victoria and Albert, creating a fact file, understanding recycling at our school and much more.
On Tuesday KS1 enjoyed a talk from our Site manager about how we recycle at Wyburns.
The children created questions prior to the visit and they then interviewed him on his knowledge. We found out many interesting facts including what we recycle, how often this happens, how we help to recycle in school and much more. Each class then toured the school grounds to investigate recycling and discover how each class and the office help with this. Below are some photos which showcase our exploration of the school. We discovered that as a school we are very good at recycling and we all help to make this happen.
Well done Wyburns.
Welcome back Class 2.
We had a great day back and enjoyed exploring your holiday match boxes. What creative things you put into those tiny boxes! We had pebbles, shells, maps, wristbands and much more. Well done for sharing them.
