Our Learning

Another week completed for class 7. We have finished our reports on our new animals that have had to evolve due to climate change.  There were some very creative ideas and it was lovely see how well thought out their animals were and how they have adapted. We are currently in the process of writing them in best into our Humanities book. This will be completed before xmas and we will share some super examples with you.

Fractions, fractions and more fractions in maths. We have had a real breakthrough this week and the class are getting very confident in changing denominators, simplifying and changing from mixed to improper and vice versa.

We have started reading the christmas classical "A Christmas Carol" and are pulling it apart and developing our understanding of it. All these precise reading skills is really helping us answer questions and be confident of what we are reading.

Finally, we are practicing every day the songs for our performance at Holy Trinity on Thursday. We cannot wait to sing these for you and you will have a fantastic time listening to them.
