What a fabulous week!

This week we have been busy practising our song for the Winter Light Festival next week and cannot wait to share it with you all! Our lanterns are taking shape too - thank you for all the donations of plastic bottles. We are so pleased that we can recycle them all!

In addition to all our crafting we have been preparing for SATs and sat some past papers this week. The children blew me away with their determination and diligence and we have formulated a plan to help us over the coming months.

Our biographies are looking amazing and I will share some photos as soon as they are ready. Prepare yourselves for some awesome (in true class 7 style!) double page spreads!

In science we learnt about air resistance and how to slow the descent of an object to ensure its safety. For this we used eggs and had to make sure they had a safe landing! Great fun and lots of fabulous science used too!
