What an amazing week Class 2 have had. You have all worked so hard to rise to the challenges we've set you, well done! We've been busy writing instructions for Oliver Twist's porridge and answering tricky reading comprehension questions linked to our English, we've learnt about 2D and 3D shapes including their properties, we've looked at symmetry in regular and irregular shapes and we've worked hard on our times tables. That's not all, we also began our DT sewing task, finalised our ballet Nutcracker performances, learnt more songs for the Infant music festival and learnt about the human life cycle. Such as bust week and that's just a quick summary.
Your home learning this week is to write a competition using your amazing creative writing skills. Remember to include capital letters, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, full stops, commas, questions and any other writing skills you'd like to use. The entry forms will be handed out in class on Friday. Please ask if you need any help with this.
We look forward to receiving your entries.
Many Thanks
