Home Learning 10.5.24

Your home learning this week is inspired by our new topic The Highwayman. Please see two pictures from different parts of the narrative
poem. Your task is to pick one of the pictures and describe what you think is happening. You can describe the setting and the characters and what you think is happening at this point in the poem. Remember, the Highwayman was a robber/thief and Tim was an ostler, his job was to be a stable hand and look after the horses. 

Your spellings are attached too. There are 10 picked from our spellings from our in class learning this week for you to remember and refresh yourselves.  Then there are 10 spellings that have a pattern which are from our year 5 curriculum. These will be new to you and are the 10 that you need to learn ready for our spelling test next Friday.
