What a fantastic first week it has been here in Year 5! 

Throughout the week, we have been working on our promises to the environment and were so excited to see the author, Nicola Davies retweet our work! 

In maths, we have been getting to grips with place value and learning how place value charts can support our understanding. 

There has been much to learn this week in terms of our new classroom and classmates and have been enjoying the new year to it's fullest!

Congratulations to our new school ambassadors, who were voted in on Friday this week!
